Production Capabilities

We manufacture high-strength welded steel structures and mechanical equipment for the energy, cement, mining, iron and steel, marine, petrochemical, process-plant, wind-energy and heavy-machinery sectors. Our production portfolio includes machine frames, gearbox housings, process equipment, non-pressurized tanks, hopper structures, steel platforms, load-bearing structures, pipe and duct systems and heavy welded fabrications requiring special engineering.

Our production infrastructure includes CNC plasma cutting, CNC laser cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, profile processing, press-brake bending, roll bending, MIG/MAG, TIG and FCAW welding processes, post-weld stress relieving, large-scale machining, assembly and functional testing. All production processes are managed in accordance with customer technical drawings, international standards and quality requirements.

Quality Standards

All welded structures are manufactured according to approved Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) by certified welders. Every production stage is inspected and recorded for dimensional accuracy, weld quality, geometric tolerances and surface conformity.
