Production Capabilities

We manufacture high-performance metal parts with complex geometries that are difficult or costly to produce using conventional manufacturing methods through metal 3D printing (SLM / DMLS) technology. Thanks to additive manufacturing technology, we provide weight reduction, high strength and functional performance advantages by offering internal cooling channels, lattice structures, topology-optimized designs and single-piece production solutions.

Production infrastructure: Production is carried out using industrial SLM / DMLS metal 3D printing systems, support-structure optimization, heat treatment, sandblasting, CNC machining, grinding, polishing, surface improvement and precision measurement processes. All parts are manufactured in accordance with customer technical drawings, international standards and quality requirements.

Quality Standards

Every stage of the production process is controlled digitally and managed on the basis of traceability. Starting with the incoming inspection of metal powder, printing parameters, heat treatment, finishing operations and dimensional inspections are recorded. When required, mechanical tests, chemical analyses and non-destructive testing methods are applied to complete the products' quality-assurance processes.
