Production Capabilities

We manufacture high-precision, economical metal parts suitable for serial production using industrial powder-metallurgy (PM) technology. Pressing metal powders and sintering them in a controlled atmosphere provide high dimensional accuracy, repeatable quality and low production costs.

Near-Net Shape production technology minimizes the need for machining while significantly increasing material efficiency and production speed.

Our production portfolio includes spur gears, helical gears, planetary gear carriers, sprockets, synchronizer hubs, bushings, bearing housings, oil-pump gears, hydraulic-valve parts, ABS sensor rings, vacuum-pump rotors, lock mechanisms and customer-specific sintered metal parts.

Production infrastructure: Production is carried out through metal-powder preparation, blending, high-tonnage pressing, controlled-atmosphere sintering, calibration, CNC finishing, heat treatment, surface coating and precision measurement processes. All production processes are managed in accordance with customer technical drawings and international quality standards.

Quality Standards

The entire production process begins with incoming raw-material inspection; pressing parameters, sintering temperature, density, hardness, dimensional accuracy and surface quality are controlled at every stage of production. When required, CNC finishing, heat treatment and surface-coating applications are used to make the parts ready for service.
