Plastic 3D Printing
Industrial FDM and pellet-extrusion solutions for large-format prototypes, fixtures and end-use plastic parts.
Production Capabilities
We manufacture large-volume, high-strength and functional plastic parts using industrial plastic 3D printing technologies. FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) and pellet-extrusion technologies enable prototypes, fixtures, production equipment and end-use parts to be produced with short lead times.
Compared with conventional manufacturing methods, additive manufacturing technology provides lower tooling costs, design freedom, rapid revision capability and advantages for low-volume production.
Our production portfolio includes casting patterns, large-volume prototypes, vacuum-forming molds, fixtures, assembly tooling, robotic equipment, automotive parts, machine enclosures, control panels, air ducts, fan housings, special machine components and plastic parts for engineering applications.
Production infrastructure: Production is carried out using large-format FDM 3D printers, filament and pellet-extrusion systems, CNC finishing, bonding, mechanical assembly, surface sanding, filling, painting and precision measurement processes. All production processes are managed in accordance with customer technical drawings and international quality standards.

Quality Standards
The entire production process begins with digital model validation; printing parameters, layer quality, dimensional accuracy and surface conformity are controlled at every stage of production. When required, CNC finishing and surface-improvement operations are applied to make the parts ready for end use.
